ONCE Factory

The Once Factory is designed to facilitate easily deploying new ONCE contracts. The ONCE Factory leverages the create2 opcode to allow users to deploy a ONCE with a deterministic address. In addition, the factory allows for initial roles and plugins to be installed as well as a callback contract to be called for operations post deployment.
